- The Department of Veteran Affairs Medical Center, San Francisco, CA requires preventive maintenance and emergency repair services for the existing Government-owned Culligan Deionizer System, Model ASB2484, Mfr: Culligan Peninsula. (1 ea)for a period of one base year and four option years. Equipment located at the VA Medical Center San Francisco. Period of Performance to start October 1, 2002 through September 30, 2003.
