- Description
- The Central Texas Veterans Health Care System (CTVHSC) Contracting Office (90C) anticipates a sole source award of a Firm-Fixed-Price contract to Eastman Kodak Co. The contract award will include a base period of 12 months and 4 one-year option periods. Services shall commence on October 1, 2002. Contractor shall provide continuation of full service maintenance of Kodak Dry View Processors and PACS System Links, located at the CTVHCS, ICF facility (Temple, Waco, Marlin, and Austin). Maintenance shall consist of, but not limited to; furnishing all parts, labor, transportation, to provide preventive maintenance and cleaning of equipment, and training and manuals. Following the guidelines outlined in FAR Part 12 and 14, it is anticipated that a solicitation shall be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for acquisition of a commercial service. The applicable NAISC code is 811219. The anticipated issued date of the written RFQ is o/a 8/2/02, and the proposal due date is 8/20/02.
