- 28. Services, Non-Personal: The Contractor shall furnish all required labor, facilities, tooling, equipment and all material to perform all services and repairs of the TF33 Combustion Chamber Outlet Duct Assembly. A Firm Fixed Price (non-commercial) requirements type contract is contemplated for one year, plus 4 one-year options. The items and estimated quantities include: CLIN 0001: INPUT NSN: 2840-00-243-7740RV, P/N: 694794 and/or NSN: 2840-00-055-6467RV, P/N: 502602 OUTPUT NSN: 2840-00-243-7740RV, P/N: 694794. Basic Year 32 ea, Option 1 year 37 ea, Option 2 year 35 ea, Option 3 year 39 ea, Option 4 year 35 ea. Plus a 90 day, 25% option. CLIN 0002: Data G009 IAW Appendix B/DD1423 to be attached to solicitation. In general the repair consists of cleaning, inspection, restoring dimensional requirements, weld repair, plasma spray and replacement of sub-components all IAW the SOW attached to the solicitation and the TF33 series tech orders. These instructions are dependent upon the contractor having overhaul capabilities to include appropriate technical data, manufacturing documents, change in designs and testing equipment. Condemnations will not count toward production. Quality requirements shall meet or exceed ISO 9002/ANSI/ASQC Q92. An Initial Production Evaluation (IPE) will be required only if the contractor repair facility has not repaired this component previously for the U.S. Air Force. There is no Government Furnished Tooling. Deliveries to Tinker AFB, OK. A written Repair Solicitation Number F34601-02-R-49135 will be issued to the following sources which are pre-approved by OCALC Engineering: Jet Aviation Specialists, Miami FL; Chromalloy Gas Turbine Corp, Oklahoma City, OK; AAR Engine Component Services, Frankfort, NY; Wood Group Component Repair Inc, Suffield, CT; Pratt & Whitney San Antonio, San Antonio, TX; Greenwich Air Services, Miami, FL. While all offers submitted by responsible sources shall be considered, only qualified sources will be considered for award. Qualification requirements apply.
