- NA The work includes but is not limited to the following: renovation/modification, new built-up roof system, replacement of specified existing HVAC system to meet current building codes, replacement/addition of specified existing electrical elements to meet c urrent building codes, replacement of existing corridor doors to meet current building codes, replacement of hardware on all existing doors, replacement of existing interior finishes, 6 inch diameter iron drain pipe, 6 inch diameter foundation drain pipe a nd concrete flume, site landscaping. Additive items: (1) masonry tinting (2) landscape work (3) automatic irrigation system for site landscaping. Estimated cost of construction is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. A non-refundable charge of approxima tely $72.00 will be required for each set of plans which can be obtained from Alabama Graphics, 1913 27th Avenue, Birmingham, AL POC Mr. Aaron Lavar 205-871-3561. Bid documents will be available from the USPFO for Alabama, ATTN: AL-US-P, P O Box 3715, Mo ntgomery, AL 36109-0715. This project is 100% unrestricted.
