- NA NA SOLICITATION NOTICE: Project No. 982005, Project Title: Add/Repair Vehicle Maintenance/Refueler Building. This project provides for additional square footage for the vehicle maintenance and vehicle operations functions via an expansion on the east si de of the existing vehicle maintenance facility, Building 66. The total increase in building area and increase in the vehicle operations function will equal approximately 190 SM (2,042 SF). The new addition construction will include demolition, site work , concrete foundation, masonry, structural steel roof system and miscellaneous metals, millwork, single ply roofing, insulation, miscellaneous flashings, doors and windows, gyp-board assemblies, flooring, painting, miscellaneous specialties, mechanical, pl umbing, and electrical work. Alterations of existing facility, to coincide with the new addition, will also be required including: demolition, gyp-board assemblies, new finishes, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical. The estimated magnitude of this proje ct is between $250,000 and $500,000 with completion within 180 calendar days of the notice to proceed. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 235110, the Standard Industrial Classification is 1711, and the Small Business Size St andard is $12,000,000.00. Bid documents are anticipated to be available on or about 13 August 2002. Only written requests for drawings and specifications, accompanied by a check in the amount of $75.00 will be accepted. Make check or money order payable to United States Treasury and mail to SMS Patricia Seibel, Base Contracting Office, Montana Air National Guard, 2800 Airport Avenue B, Great Falls, Montana 59404-5570. This is a nonrefundable charge. Telephones requests for bid packages and biddings mai lings lists will not be accepted. Bid documents will be available for review at no cost in the Base Contracting Office, Montana Air National Guard, after release of the solicitation. All requests must indicate business size and minority status. Bid open ing will be no less than 30 days from the date solicitation documents are available. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder as a result of this solicitation. This is an unrestricted solicitation.
