Description: NA This will be a firm fixed price contract. Contractor shall conduct historical architectural surveys, condition assessments for approximately 460 family housing dwelling units located at Schofield Barracks, Wheeler Army Airfield and Fort Shafter, Island of Oahu, Hawaii. These housing units were built between 1915 and 1950 and are either formally listed on the National Register of Historic Places or are considered eligible for listing. The issue date for this solicitation is estimated to be on or about 9 A ug 02. Response date above is estimated. Actual proposal due date will be specified in the solicitation and may be earlier or later than 23 August 2002. Period of performance is 1 October 2002 to 31 March 2003. This procurement is a 100 percent small b usiness set aside. A firm is considered to be a small business if its average annual gross receipts for the past three years do not exceed $4.0 million.
