Description

NA Services to publish an unofficial base guide and directory and a base/area map. The minimum quantity acceptable to the Government will be 12,000 base guides (to include Fort Story), 13,200 color maps (Fort Eustis and surrounding area only) and five-hundre d copies of the guide and telephone directory in digital version on CD-ROM annually with the option to incease quantities. As part of the proposal, each firm will submit a sample copy of a recently completed base (or city) guide and map. A decision to aw ard shall be based on the outcome of sample comparison as well as other factors. The published material shall be at no cost to the Government. The publisher shall look solely to advertising revenue to fund the cost of the publication. This contract may be renewed annually, without rebid and automatically, with the concurrence of both parties. The contract will be for a period of one year with four annual renewal options ( a possible total of five years for the contract). This procurement is unrestricte d. NAICS is 323119 and the size standard is 500.
