Description

NA Work includes but is not limited to furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, and materials as well as performing all work in strict accordance with the plans and specifications to Install Window Screens in Patch Community Center. Fabricate and install 12 s creens on seven windows. The screens will cover either 42? X 74? or 21? X 74? openings. Replace the current rack and pinion type hand cranked opening system on the windows. Replace three rain gutter downspouts. The building will be occupied. The magni tude of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. This will be a firm fixed-price purchase order. This acquisition is unrestricted under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration program. The size standard for a small business concern, including its affiliates, is average annual sales or receipts for the preceding three (3) fiscal years, not to exceed $12.0 million. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 235510. RFQ is to be issued on or about 12 Aug 02. Offerors are required to download the RFQ and any associated amendments from www.tac.eustis.army.mil or http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Offerors are responsible to routinely check referenced websites for posted amendments to the solicitation and t o acknowledge amendments IAW the solicitation provisions. Failure to properly acknowledge amendments prior to bid opening may result in bid rejection. However, the Drawings and Specifications cannot be obtained from the downloading process. In order to ensure receipt of the Drawings and Specifications and in order to maintain an active Bidders Mailing List, bidders must request the Drawings and Specifications in writing. Requests may be faxed to Glen Welch at (913) 684-1641 and must also include the fol lowing: DABT19-02-Q-0018, Taxpayer Identification Number, Business Address (Zip Code + 4), and type of business concern?Women-Owned, Minority or Veteran-Owned, Small or Large Business, Hub-Zone Certified. Bidders must be registered in the Central Contrac tor Registration database in order to receive award.
