Description

Phase I has concluded and offerors have been selected to proceed to PHASE II for the subject RFP. Niksch, VP & GM at Ph No (713)868-3132, Fax No (713)868-3240 and email: billiniksch@theaustin.com; and (2)James N. Gray Company, 10 Quality Street, Lexington, KY 40507-1450, POC: Mr. Dennis L. Ellington, Program Manager at Ph No (859)281-9325, Fax No (859)252-5300, and email: dellingt@jngray.com. Phase II Plans and Specifications will be issued by Amendment No. 0003 on 25 July 2002 with Phase II Proposals being due 09 September 2002. Phase II Plans and Specifications will be posted on the website http://esol.navfac.navy.mil. Technical Inquiries for the Phase II Request for Proposals must be submitted in writing 15 days prior to proposal due date to the address listed above, or faxed to 843/818-6811, Attn: Rhonda Earney, Code ACQ14RE or can be emailed at earneyre@efdsouth.navfac.navy.mil.
