Description

U.S. GOVERNMENT WANTS TO LEASE SPACE IN NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE AMOUNT: Approximately 25,000 square feet of rentable office and related space and 40 inside (garage) parking spaces with the possibility to add 10 additional parking spaces over the lease term. Employee/visitor parking is required in accordance with local code. Rentable space must yield approximately 21,050 BOMA usable square feet. A 100 ft. setback is required. LOCATION: Space must be located within the following delineated area:: First consideration will be given to the Nashville, TN Central Business District (CBD). If sufficient competition does not exist within the CBD, consideration will be given to suburban Nashville, Tennessee as defined by the following boundaries: North: Interstate 40 east to Insterstate 24/40, Interstate 24/40 east to Insterstate 24. East: Interstate 24 south to Harding (255). West: Interstate 65 north to Insterstate 440, Insterstate 440 west to Instersate 40. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. TERM: Lease will be for 15 years, 10 firm.
