Description: The objective is to procure a COTS application to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Student Information Management System (SIMS). The services will include research, development, assist with testing, data mapping, assist with the installation and implementation of the COTS product, and evaluation support for all of the SIMS environments (development, test, training, and production). The technical services required are systems engineering; software and hardware implementation; development; configuration management; security; database administration; and systems administration.
