Description
The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC), an U.S. Government agency, has a lease for office space in Atlanta, GA that will be expiring in November 2002. PBGC will need office space consisting of approximately 13,699 rentable square feet available for use by Tenant for personal furnishings and equipment. Space must meet all fire and life safety and handicap accessibility codes. The Government is interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In determining whether the space is economically advantageous the government will consider the cost of moving, telecommunications and alterations. Offered properties must be located in the Greater Atlanta area within the following delineated area: On the north from the west, beginning at the Chattahoochee River following I-285 East, to Route 236 West to 42 South to I-20 West to Ashby Street North to Marietta Street/Boulevard Northwest to the Chattahoochee River. The space must be available for a firm lease term of five (5) years with one (1) five (5) year option. Space must be available for occupancy by December 1, 2002. The following information must be submitted: (1) building name and address, (2) full service rental rate per rentable square foot for the firm term and for the option term, (3) estimated operating costs per rentable square foot, (4) one letter-size floor plan showing the offered space and potential expansion space, (5) tenant build-out allowance.
