Description

The U. S. Postal Service is soliciting proposals from prequalified contractors for the roof replacement at the Main Post Office in Petaluma, CA. The work is to be completed in 120 days after notice to proceed. Estimated range is $175,000-$225,000. This is an owned facility. The proposal must contain the offeror's overhead, profit, bonds, insurance, and all other contingencies. No allowance for such items will be made after contract award. The minority subcontracting goal for this contract will be 11%. Offers will not be publicly opened. All proposal information will remain confidential until award.
