- Pre-Solicitation Notice: Provide materials and services necessary to Replace the Roof of the Bachelor Enlisted Quarters (BEQ), U. S. Coast Guard Aviation Training Center, Mobile, Alabama. The work includes, but is not limited to, demolition/removal of existing built-up roofing, roof insulation and flashing, installation of a new tapered roof insulation system, new modified bituminous membrane roof system, new flashing and abatement of roof flashing containing asbestos, and incidental related work. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with Specification No. 76-B6008 and Drawing No. 76-B60084105 (Sheets 1 through 7). All work shall be completed within 90 calendar days after Award. THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR THE HISTORICALLY UNDERUTILIZED BUSINESS ZONE (HUBZONE) SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. (Status as a qualified HUBZone small business concern is determined by the Small Business Administration (SBA) and SBA will issue a certification to that affect in accordance with 13 CFR part 126) Offers that are not from qualified HUBZone small business concerns shall not be considered and shall be rejected.
