Description
Please Note in paragraph titled SMALL BUSINESS CODE that the NAICS code 611710 size standard has increased. It is now $6,000,000 in average gross revenues. SCOPE -- The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) requires the facilities and services, including technical support, of a qualified training center in New York City for the two-week Advanced Financial Products Training School (AFPTS) and the one-week Global Banker School. REQUIREMENTS -- Advanced Financial Products Training School: The two-week school will be held Monday, October 28 - Friday, November 1 and Monday, November 4 - Friday, November 8, 2002 with the preferred setup day of Friday, October 25, 2002. The facility is to provide dedicated space for approximately 24 students and 2 instructors consisting of one training room, one breakout room, and one office. The training room is to be equipped with a computer lab with 13 networked stations configured to support the Global Trader Software (GTS). The facility is to provide technical support that can respond within 15 minutes notice of need. The facility is to provide continental breakfast, refreshment breaks and lunch daily in a separate room from those listed above. REQUIREMENTS -- Global Banker School: The one-week school will be held Monday - Friday, January 13 - 17, 2003 with setup by 7:00am on Monday, January 13. The facility is to provide dedicated space for approximately 20 students and 2 instructors consisting of one main conference room, five (5) breakout rooms, and one computer equipped room. The facility is to provide one data projector, two computers and two printers, and on-site technical support that can respond within 15 minutes notice of need. The facility is to provide continental breakfast, refreshment breaks and lunch daily in a separate room from those listed above. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS -- The training center must (1) be compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. Section 12101 et seq. (ADA) and (2) be located in New York City. HOW TO ACQUIRE A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION: The OCC anticipates issuing the solicitation through this web site the week of July 30, 2002. The solicitation document will contain the details of OCC?s requirements, the instructions for submitting a quotation, and how the quotations will be evaluated. This is a commercial item procurement using simplified acquisition procedures. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the OCC. OCC anticipates awarding a contract on or about the week of September 9. SMALL BUSINESS CODE: NAICS code 611710, Educational Support Services; $5,000,000 average gross revenues. *****
