Description

The USDA Agriculture Research Service (ARS) requires that all labor, supervision, tools, and materials be provided to re-glaze 6,000 SF +/- of Greenhouse space at the Pasture Systems & Watershed Management Research Unit, University Park, Pa. The bidding package will be structured with a Base Bid requirement for replacement of existing roof glazing and one end wall glazing for two houses, and replacement of limited support structure member. Bid Option #1 includes the replacement of glazing, structural support members, and doors for three interior 32' long +/- partition walls in one of the houses. Bid Option #2 includes the replacement of glazing, structural support members, and doors for two interior 32' long +/- partition walls in the other house. The estimated cost of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. This project must be completed within 60 days after receipt of notice to proceed.
