Description
Request For Proposal (RFP) for National Stock Number (NSN) 1650-00-831-4959, ARG02136041835, Parts Kit, Valve. Requirement is an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year and four (4) option years. The solicitation issue date is 5 August 2002 and the solicitation closing date is 5 September 2002. FOB: Origin; Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. QAP 008 applies. Pricing will be based on the estimated annual demand quantities. of 165 each for the base year and 212 each for all option years. This requirement is a Critical Application Item. DSCR intends to award as a firm-fixed price type contract. This solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis. The Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) does have an approved Technical data Package (TDP) available for this NSN to obtain a copy, submit request to DSCR via internet http:www.dscr,dla.mil/tdmd (lowercase please). Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting Services (IQS) proposals are unacceptable. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
