Description

Request for Information for a CROSS PLATFORM JOB SCHEDULER. This scheduler must interface with CA-7 on an IBM OS/370. It also must be able to perform on UNIX, OS/400, and NT/2000 platforms. There must be just one central control point for all of these platforms that can be accessed by different workstations. The Government Point of Contact (POC) is Jerry Shead, 816-926-6106. Response to this RFI is requested no later than August 9, 2002. Any technical questions should be submitted by e-mail to jwshead@kcc.usda.gov. Currently no solicitation exists. This is strictly a Request for Information and does not constitute any obligation on behalf of the Government to ever issue a solicitation.
