Description: Provide all equipment, labor, supervision, tools and other incidentals and execute all work necessary to grind road running surface that contains sections of bituminous pavement and/or crusher-run gravel. Secondary roads are located on the Department of Energy's Savannah River Site (SRS) near Aiken, SC. SRS is a restricted access Government facility and persons entering the Site will require prior approval which could take 30 days.
