- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number is DE-RQ04-02AL67683 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-07. This acquisition is being considered for 100 percent small business set-aside. Firms responding should indicate whether or not they are small business, small women-owned business, small disadvantaged business, HUBZone, or 8(a) business. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 332994. The Small Business size standard is 1,000 employees. The Department of Energy, Albuquerque Operations Office (DOE-AL) intends to procure the items listed in Attachment 1. FOB point is Destination and delivery is required no later than September 15, 2002. Acceptance point is DOE-AL, ATTN: Richard Rudder, 02AL67683.
