Description

Provide temporary part time services of Flight Surgeon at the United States Coast Guard Air Station Sacramento, McClellan Park, California. This will be a personal service contract/order. This requirement will be accomplished utilizing procedure in Far Part 13.5 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Flight Surgeon will work weekdays during hours established by the Clinic Supervisor, 8 hours per day, 16 hours per week, Monday through Friday, not to exceed 304 hours. Period of performance will be August19, 2002 through November 30, 2002. The Request for Quotation will be issued on or about August 2, 2002 and closed on or about August 12, 2002. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 621999, and the small business size standard is $5.0 million average annual receipts for the preceding three fiscal years. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered by the agency. NOTE: The solicitation will be available through FEDBIZOPPS website at www.eps.gov. ATTENTION: Minority, Women-owned and Disadvantage Business Enterprises (DBEs). The Department of Transportation (DOT), Short Term Lending Program (STLP) offers working capital financing in the form of lines of credit to finance accounts receivable for transportation related contracts.
