NSN 6240-00-905-7512, 120 VOLT, LAMP, 1000W, QUARTZ-HALOGEN LAMP, T-20 CLEAR BULB, MOGUL BIPOST BASE. 4.0 INCH (10.16 CM) LIGHT CENTER LENGTH - USED IN CNF-DCB-24. NF-DCB-24. GENERAL ELECTRIC P/N: Q1000T20BP120V. Quantity 392 each. (Note: Substitute part numbers are NOT acceptable). Each unit to be packaged IAW ASTM-D-3951 standard practice for commercial packaging. Each unit to be individually marked IAW MIL-STD-129N. Bar coding IAW ANSI/AIM BC1 is required. FOB Destination delivery to USCG Engineering Logistics Center, Columbia, MD 21226-5000. NOTE: NO DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS OR SCHEMATICS ARE AVAILABLE FROM THIS AGENCY. It is anticipated that a non-competitive sole source purchase order will be issued for this item to: General Electric Co,4400 Cox Rd., Glenn Allen,VA 23060. This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. NOTE: AWARD WILL BE BASED ON BEST DELIVERY and shall include proposed delivery in days, the company Tax Information Number and DUNS Number. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 335110 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAR 2002.
