Description

NONPERSONAL SERVICES: The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, parts, equipment, and incidentals necessary to repair Water Softener Tank #2 (middle) located behind the Total Energy Plant, B/4895, Wilford Hall Medical Center (WHMC), Lackland AFB TX, as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW). The solicitation must be downloaded from www.eps.gov, as no paper copies will be issued. The solicitation will be available on or about 30 Jul 02. A firm-fixed price contract is contemplated with a performance period of 30 days after date of contract (ADC). This acquisition is restricted to 100% small business concerns. The applicable NAICS is 561990, and the small business standard is $6M. All interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). CCR can be obtained by accessing the internet, www.eps.gov, or by calling 1-888-227-2423. CCR registration must be obtained prior to award. All responsible sources may submit a proposal that will be considered by the agency.
