Description: Contractor to provide and install a fire training facility. The structure will be used to provide training for the fire fighters which replicate actual conditions. The complete unit will consist of an elevated tower structure of several floors, with an adjoining single story annex to provide a live fire burn room. Footprint of structure is approximately 32 feet X 16 feet. The foundation for this structure will be done on another contract and is not a part of this project. This will be an unrestricted acquisition. Expect this solicitation to be released on or about the 12th of August, 2002. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The NAICS code is 235990.
