Description

NA This will be a firm fixed price requirements contract for a base year and four option years for small, medium, and large wire baskets. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c), therefore, hard copies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the followin g address via the internet https://www.anadprocnet.army.mil (Doing Business With Us). This procurement will be issued as a commercial item unrestricted solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332618 and the small b usiness size standard is 500 employees. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. Estimated issue date is 1 August 2002 with a closing date of 19 August 2002. Offer/Quotes must be submitted electronically as indicated in the solic itation. Caution: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any intere sted parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may rend er your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered.
