Description

NA Resulting solicitation will invite bidders to submit an Invitation for Bid to Renovate Building 2997 for Air Force Billets, Fort Campbell, Kentucky. Work includes conversion of temporary transient quarters (1950 Era 2-story barracks) into a dormitory, by converting each unit to provide two separate bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Prove new centralized kitchen and dayroom areas. Modernize bathrooms into shared toilet areas; provide new kitchen areas. Reconfigure exterior to include new window well system s and exterior lighting. Repair exterior doors/locksets/associated panic hardware, broken windows, and replace screens, repair building exterior and repaint. Replace all electrical receptacles/switches/light fixtures/manual fire stations/fire alarms/fire alarm system/exit and emergency lighting. Repair interior walls, doors, associated hardware, and repaint interior. Replace carpeting throughout facility. Replace all fan coil heating/cooling units. NAICS is 233320/$28.5 Million. Period of Performance is 120 days. The magnitude of the project is estimated between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Pursuant to FAR 19.1307, this acquisition is 100% set aside for Hub-zone Business Concerns.
