Description: NA Contractor shall provide optometric services one day per week, 8:00 am through 4:00 pm, at the Red River Army Depot, Texarkana, TX. Period of performance will be from 01 Oct 02 through 30 Sep 03, followed by four 12 month option periods. This acquisition will be processed under the commercial item procedures of FAR Part 12. All responsible small business sources may submit a quote which will be considered. All requests for this solicitation mmust be in writing and reference RFQ Number DADA09-02-T-0388.
