Description

Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, material and supplies necessary to construct improvements at the Bureau of Land Management wareyard. This project is located in MoffatCounty, 455 Emerson Street, Craig, Colorado. Work includes the removal and disposal of concrete curb and gutter, chain link fencing and gates, and asphalt; trenching, backfilling, and compacting for the installation of water and sanitary sewer services; excavation, backfilling, and compacting sub grade for gravel base course; furnishing and installing fire hydrant, ductile iron pipe, 6-inch gate valve, concrete thrust blocks, mechanical joints, and all appurtenances; providing copper water line service system; furnishing and installing piping and appurtenances for an exterior gravity sewer service to teh existing sewer system; furnishing and placing hot poured joint and crack sealant; providing paving geotextile; construction of bituminous surface course, sidewalk, curb and gutter, and valley pan; relocating two chain link gates; furnishing and installing two new chain link gates; construction of minor concrete; furnishing and installing manhole lid, manhole grate, and precast concrete vault; furnishing and installing pre-engineered, pre-fabricated metal building and foundations; furnishing and installing a steel truck loading standpipe; and electrical work including the relocation of a pole mounted yard light. Bonds will be required. This project is open to both large and small businesses under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The Government Estimate is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. There will be no electronic version of this solicitation.
