Description: The work consists of furnishing and constructing: earthen dike and foundation, rock dike, dumped riprap revetment, placing topsoil, seeding, and installing filter fabric. Purpose of the project is to construct Meyers Pond under the Lake Audubon Wetland Mitigation Program. Quantities include 5,448 cubic yards of excavation; 1,087 cubic yards of riprap, and 4,680 square yards of filter fabric. Competition is unrestricted under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration (designated industry group 234990). Work to be completed by December 15, 2002.
