Description

The solicitation will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov Website on or about 08/14/02. TELEPHONE OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The work of this contract consists of pumping and cleaning service for five (5) National Park Service (NPS) owned portable toilets, and the rental, pumping and cleaning service for six (6) contractor owned portable toilets. The bulk of services are from late May through late September/mid-October. Limited services will be required outside those dates, with two (2) NPS owned units being serviced year-round. The portable toilets are located within the Cape Cod National Seashore in the towns of Eastham, Wellfleet, Truro and Provincetown, Massachusetts. This Solicitation is for a base year plus four (4) option years and is set-aside for Small Business. The NAICS code is 562991. The award will be based on price and technical factors. It is anticipated that a single, firm fixed price contract will be awarded. Contractors must register on the website in order to retrieve copies of the solicitation and any possible amendments. Instructions are contained on the website for downloading solicitation and attachments. It is the responsibility of all interested contractors to acknowledge ALL amendments to the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered by the agency. .
