Description

EMPIRE, MICHIGAN Contractors to remove all structures and other described items and to restore the resulting disturbed areas of various tracts within Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, Empire, Michigan. All structures, utility systems and debris will be removed, including buildings, structures, septic systems, water wells, utilities, debris and other items, foundations, walls, basements, floors, steps, concrete slabs, curbs, sidewalks, paved driveways, fences, septic tanks, septic drain fields, wells, well pits, trash and debris, concrete rubble, steel or wood pilings, reinforcement rebar and wire mesh, and other material that is not of the natural environments as described for each tract. Contractor may use any method of demolition, provided the method does not cause damage to the landscape and natural resources, and conforms to local/state/federal laws and regulations. It will be the responsibility of the contractor to obtain any and all necessary permits and/or clearances. Magnitude of project $100,000.00 to $250,000.00, Solicitation No. I6300020036.
