- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations document (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and following the simplified acquisition procedures in FAR part 13.5. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number 6TSA-02-JMT-0193 is being issued as a request for proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-14. This procurement is for the following: CLIN 1: IC500-SCBR Transmitters, QTY. 40; CLIN 2: IC300-L Transmitters, QTY. 30; CLIN 3: IC200-C Transmitters, QTY. 10. The manufacturer is RF Concepts. This procurement will be shipped to Key West, FL. No partial quotes. Indicate FOB destination on quote (shipping included in price). The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, applies to this acquisition. Evaluation is based on best value including past performance, cost and ability to meet service requirements. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. In addition to the guidance contained in FAR 52.212-4, contractors shall submit proof of delivery with their invoices. Proof of delivery may be in the form of a bill of lading or other shipping document signed by the receiving office. Invoices received without proof of delivery will not be accepted. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
