Description

s Most Efficient Organization (MEO) Proposal will be compared to the best value contracor's proposal and after a determination of technical equivalence, a decision will be announced. If a contract is awarded, it is anticipated to be a Firm Fixed Price type contract. Contract performance will consist of a basic performance period with 4 option years. This acquisition is currently planned as a full and open competition. The final decision regarding set asides depend on the results of this market research. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 813920. A brief technical description/specific functions the contractor are to provide consist of Customer Service, Unit Personnel Records Group, Awards & Decorations, and Personnel Systems Management. A Draft Statement of Work is expected to be posted on or about 04 May, 2001. All sources capable of providing these services are sought. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT request. INTERESTED businesses are required to submit their written statement of interest and capabilities no later than 31 May, 2001 to Carla Rice at the above address.
