Description: Presolicitation Notice #R10-02-059 for the Kenai Lake Seeding Project is hereby cancelled. This decision is driven by budgetary considerations related to the unusually high cost of firefighting efforts last year and this year. Although determined non-mission essential for this fiscal year, the Forest Service hopes to resolicit this project during FY 2003, at which time interested contractors will have an opportunity to submit proposals.
