Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-08. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) is 235810 and the size standard is $12,000,000 annual gross revenues. The services required for this acquisition are the repair of the Escondido water well in accordance with the Statement of Work. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the services described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Offers will be evaluated on past performance and on price. Two attachments will be e-mailed or faxed to prospective offerors upon request: (1) The Statement of Work; and (2) the applicable Wage Determination 94-2511 REV (21). Acceptance will occur upon completion of the required inspection and testing by personnel from the following: 49 CES/CEOIUP Mr. A.N. Mendez or other designated personnel Holloman AFB, NM 88330-5000 The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - - Commercial apply to this acquisition. Offerors are advised to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with their offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
