Description: The intent of the Government is to award Johnson Controls a contract IAW FAR 6.302-1, 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Johnson Controls will upgrade the Air Handler control system in Bldg 1700, Scott AFB IL. This is a sole source do to integration and proprietary rights of the current system.
