Description: NA Defense Contracting Command-Washington intends to award a sole source basis. IAW FAR 6.302-1 on behalf of The Office of the Secretary of Defense. Only one Responsible Source, a contract on a single source basis to the Arlington Institute. This effort wil l look into possible strategies and policy options that would be required for changing to a new major fuel source for the U.S. There would be three phases to this project. No solicitation will be available. This announcement is for information only.
