Description: The Bureau of Indian Affairs is requesting this procurement to provide formal training, counseling, and mentoring to Realty Service Providers to assist them in the acquistion of Native allotments that were erroneously conveyed to the State of Alaska, Village & Regional Corporations or a third party. These cases are considered part of the Title Recovery process. This procurement is set-aside for small business and will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12.
