Description

Z - Sale of the Dyer House located at the Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge in Wells Maine. This Cape style house is dated 1784 with archeologically interest features such as unpainted siding; original varnished cabinet doors and 24"+ pine flooring boards. Preliminary conditions of the sale are as follows: The property is for sale to the highest bidder and is to be removed from refuge property. Site is to be cleaned and the foundation hole filled in with soil that is similar to current conditions at the site. Issue date will be on or about 1 August 2002. Requests for a solicitation package can be submitted in writing to the above address. Facsimile requests will be accepted (FAX# 413?253?8450), or a package can be picked up at the refuge headquarters in Wells, Maine. Any request for a solicitation package shall include the name, address, telephone number, name of point of contact, and should be identified by the solicitation number and the title shown above.
