Description

The National Park Service has a requirement to remove an existing Dry Pipe Fire Supression System and replace with a new system at the Lovell Visitor Center at Bighorn Canyon National Recreation Area, Lovell Wyoming. The Magnitude of Construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. The SIC Code is 1711. The NAICS Code is 235110. Issue date 8/14/2002. Contract type: Firm-fixed price. The contractor will be selected based upon Best Value. Price and non-price factors will be considered. Past Performance and other non-price factors are significantly more important than price.
