- Provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision for site work, drainage facilities, asphalt and concrete pavement and performing repairs as specified, including: clearing and grubbing, tree removal, excavation, grading, earthwork, compaction, stabilized base, prime, tack, asphalt concrete overlay, patching, pavement marking, stenciling, raising valve box and manhoe rings, installation of drainage pipe, end sections, castings, grassing, sodding, curb and gutter, drainage structures, ditch cleaning, demolition and disposal, guardrail, ramps and walkways, silt fencing, hay bales and incidental related work. The proposed listed contract competition is limited to 8(a) firms having a bona fide place of business in; AND are serviced by SBA OFFICES in South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia and Florida. Firms responding for copies of solicitation are to include: (1) Written certification/verification of current participation in the 8(a) Program; and, written certification/verification of current participation of compliance with 8(a) competitive mix requirements verified by the appropriate Assistant District Director of Minority Enterprise Development of the cognizant district office.
