Description

The Fleet Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Detachment, Washington intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract on Behalf of United States Naval Observatory for Afocal off-axis beam compressor. This requirement is set-aside for 100% small business. The North American Industry Classification Code is 421460. The delivery date for this requirement will be 120 days after the receipt of order. If no response is received from small business, contract will be awarded on an unrestricted basis without further notice. A copy of the solicitation #N00600-02-Q-2031 can be obtained on the NECO web-site at http://www.neco.navy.mil. All offers must be received in this office no later than 2:00 p.m. (EST) on August 15, 2002. No quotes will be accepted after the closing date and time. Quotes can be faxed or e-mail, the fax number is (202) 433-5414 and the e-mail address is henry_alford@fmso.navy.mil.
