Description: NA Defense Threat Reduction Agency is requesting services to provide a military utility assessment utilizing Lockheed Martin global Access (LgMA)open architecture and to evaluate the HLS C2 and Knowledge Based Subsystem interface, provide real-time alerting o f virus state and watch conditions, and provide local, state and federal decision-makers with a Common relevant Operational Picture and baseline CONOPS.
