- Description
- The General Services Administration, Region 10, Southern Service Center (SSC) intends to award on a sole source basis to Emergency Vehicles Accessories & Communications (EVAC) 10310 South Tacoma Way Suite L Lakewood, WA 98499-4669. Equipment is to be purchased through GSA Federal Supply Schedule Contracts and installed by EVAC. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No formal solicitation package is available. Firms that believe they can provide similar required services must provide conclusive supporting evidence that they can furnish the services identified above in sufficient detail to demonstrate the respondents ability to meet the stated critical requirements. Critical Requirements: must be within local restrictions for delivering the vehicles to be equipped, must provide exceptional follow-on maintenance (proven through documentation of all past or present contracts of similar nature/ references) in case of problems arising from installation or use of equipment & must have a quick turn around time on installations. All responses to this notice shall specifically address each of the critical requirements or they shall not be considered. All responses received from the date of publication of this intended award shall be considered by the Government and must be received prior to August 9, 2002 12:00pm PST.
