Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This Purchase Request (PR) will be issued as a request for quotation (RFQ under the following PR: F5SCMR21260600. . (iii) This PR and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-07. (iv) This acquisition is unrestricted in regards to size standards. The applicable NAICS is 332722. (v) This RFQ contains 006 line item(s): Replacement Parts for the Dielectric Small Capacity Central Office Air Dryers ? Model 2400 (115V). (vi) Description of Requirements: 4 x Electric Module, part # 47211 Manufacturer: Dielectric OR EQUAL. 4 x Dryer, Heatless Assy., part # 47216 Manufacturer: Dielectric OR EQUAL. 2 x Compressors, part # 47224 Manufacturer: Dielectric OR EQUAL. 10 Filters, part # 44002 Manufacturer: Dielectric OR EQUAL. 4 x Switches, part # 14204 Manufacturer: Dielectric OR EQUAL. 4 x Switches, part # 47118 Manufacturer: Dielectric OR EQUAL. Line items to include shipping costs to Hickam AFB, HI 96853. (vii)Delivery location is Palehua Observatory, 5 Palehua Road, Makakilo, HI 96707). Acceptance will be performed by the Government. The FOB Point is destination . (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (ix) Offers will be evaluated using the following evaluation factors: price and technical evaluation. The contract will be awarded to the offeror that provides the best value to the government.
