Description: The Government requires the following: Firm, Fixed Price supply contract to be negotiated on a sole source basis with Aqua-Chem Corporation, for (2) Fluid Coolers in support of U.S. Navy Vessel. FOB: Destination. Notes 1 & 9 apply. This requirement to be solicited using non-commercial acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR part 15. Fleet & Industrial Supply Center Puget Sound.
