Description

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing approx. 9,980 rentable sq.ft. of space to yield 8,678 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of space. Occupancy date preferred September 1, 2003. New construction will also be considered. Lease term: 10 years / 5 years firm. Space must be located in the following delineated area: Beginning at an Area bounded North: Intersection of Hwy.278 and Mill Street to South on MLK Jr. Ave./Covington Bypass. East: MLK Jr. Ave./Covington Bypass. South: Intersection of Dearing Street and MLK Jr. Ave./Covington Bypass. West: North on Dearing Street to West on Floyd Street to North on Mill Street to Hwy.278 and continuing to the point of beginning. Unique Requirements: Space offered must be in the same building and contiguous. Space offered must have potential for efficient layout, e.g. Column spacing of at least 20 feet; No atriums or other areas interrupting contiguous space; no extremely long narrow runs of space; no irregular space configurations or other unusual building features adversely affecting usage will be considered. The Government requires a fully serviced lease with adequate employee parking consisting of 55 surface parking spaces.
