Synopsis of RFQ0005-2 issued March 21, 2002, by the Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons, Acquisitions Branch, for waste disposal services at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) and the Federal Prison Camp (FPC) Cumberland, MD has been modified. Change the anticipated posting date to August 12, 2002 and the estimated due date for quotes to September 9, 2002. Also include the following statement: Acquisition of waste disposal services are subject to the requirements of the Trade Agreement Act. All other information remains unchanged.
