Description

The U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Attorney's Office in Phoenix, Arizona, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a Community Resource Specialist. This(RFQ) has a 50-mile geographic restriction to the Phoenix, Arizona, commuting area in support of the U.S. Attorney Office, Weed and Seed Program (W&S). The program with the collaboration of other Agencies, weed out crime and seed in social and economic revitalization. The contractor shall perform services to include-- work with community organization and local citizens in the Weed and Seed Communities in the development and implementation of community coalition. The performance period will be a base year of 12 months. The notice is prepared in accordance with FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition As a prerequisite, all contract employee who will work must pass a name and fingerprint check and possibly a full background investigation for security purposes. Prospective offerors interested in receiving a copy of the Request for Quotation (RFQ) will submit an e-mail to the contracting officer. All submitted offers should state EOUSA-FMSS-2-00015 on the outside of the package. Late quotes will not be accepted.
