Description

The Air Force Flight Test Center, Directorate of Contracting, Edwards Air Force Base California, has a requirement for a commercial acquisition in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6. The solicitation number for this acquisition is: F04700-02-T-8889. The Business Size Standard is 1,000. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 336413. This requirement and acquisition is Name Brand or Equal. This acquisition includes Contract Line Item Line (CLIN) 0001; Model #901 Hand-held, Lightweight Signal Light Gun with model #951C, Charger, Manufacturer: ATI Avionics, Qty: 002-each. Signal light gun specifications include: 2000,000 candle light intensity; a visibility range up to 3.6 nautical miles under clear daytime conditions; standard aviation signaling colors; and push button operation with fiber optic display. The charger is a charging base for the light gun, thereby keeping the gun?s internal battery at full charge. A spare battery can be maintained simultaneously. Unit can be wall-mounted, or used on a tabletop. Place of delivery and acceptance is at Edwards AFB, CA with F.O.B Destination.
